introduction
California based animation and film artist and Producer, Scott Camera-Smith* built his career on Visual Effects, Film, Animation and Technology. Involved in the earliest creations of Pre-viz, Virtual Production, digital humans and the newest most advanced animation processes and technology, Scott has worked in film and animation, from realtime to Renderman©. Additionally, and as a part of 2 crews that achieved recognition from the Academy of Arts and Sciences with an Academy Award© win in 2006 and 2016. Scott started his career at Lucasfilm, LTD in both Marin County and San Francisco, California.

I am forever grateful to the Motion Picture and Technology communities for building me up and launching me into rewarding creative leadership. It is there that I discovered the real power of work culture, cohesive work communities, persistent business development and mind-bending storytelling.
Leadership cannot always function top-down, it must be flexible, discerning and protective of more than itself. I have dedicated my future to building efforts that can support rational business strategies, unheard-of work culture while empowering a skilled and impenetrable community.
